Current consulting projects include the following:

• In special cases, we might also agree to provide
grant research, grant writing, and grant getting.
In advance of each first marketing meeting, we require that each possible client writes up a one paragraph statement with the following:
1. One sentence about their company.
2. One sentence about their customers / clients.
3. One sentence about their biggest challenges.
4. One sentence about what they offer to their customers/ clients.
5. One where their business is now and what they want for their future.
If clients already have a flier, small ad (1/4 page), or one-page marketing letter, my marketing partner and I will take 2 hours to tweak them. Otherwise, it will take us four hours. We will be paid for that amount, even if it take less time. A solution will start from scratch. Lucille and Lucille's marketing partner will each earn exact same amount for client when they work together as the following:
Pricing for small businesses in New Mexico is a greatly reduced rate of only $30 an hour per Marketing Partner, with two marketing partners working at the same time on each project. In the past, I have regularly earned many times more per hour for consulting and de facto much more for paid employment with full benefits, including a small lifetime retirement plan. Please note that we will have ongoing heavy business costs for running our home-based business, including but not limited to the cost of driving to client meetings.

Tweak is 2-hour face-to-face meeting, 4 human hours total: $120.
New is 4-hour face-to-face meeting, 8 human hours total: $240.
• Small 1/4 Page Ad

• Marketing Letter of One Page

• Finding Solutions to Your Business Problem One Page
10 hours, as a flat fee, regardless of actual time it takes: $550.
• Grant Researching, Planning, Writing, Getting
On occasion, we might agree on a work for earnings basis to
research, plan, write, and then follow up to get grant funding
for and/or through official nonprofit agencies.
We charge 15% for grant writing and business development,
often will requiring the grant be at least $20,000, yet might be
willing to write grants to $10 million or more per grant.

Our clients, whenever possible, will also be offered the chance also to sell Pre-Paid Legal Services and to sell insurance by Farmer's Insurance Group, earning income from their sales and their business team they develop (in near future). We are currently hiring team members to sell Pre-Paid Legal Services and help fill out the forms. Otherwise, we as marketing partners will do so in states of United States where we already have a business legal contract with agents of Farmer's Insurance Group to sell their services on behalf of their agency. We are team players and believe heavily in customer service. We will gladly meet you at your business or nearby at an official office space where we also feel safe.

We charge 15% of final grant amount to plan programs, research/ write/ and get grants. We will take this amount from total amount of grant funds received. All meetings will be pre-scheduled in an official office with a written agenda, assignments, due days, and clients are required to meet all deadlines.
For purpose to establish basic aspects required for success with major grants:
This often involves us to plan the entire program, establish separate bank or credit union accounts, and even change your current marketing to become able to attract grant funding.
For all marketing that we change, we will need to charge regular amounts. We only accept projects where we can foresee that all major aspects are in place for funding to be received. As such, given huge amount of unpaid work up front, and the requirement that the client(s) agree to be guided through an entire process, we can only accept clients who agree to this.
You get to hire us our Marketing Partners for marketing services
and to solve your problems. We reserve the right to accept or reject the chance to work with any client at any time, for no reason. If so, we will refund payment for future work.

For two years, Lucille Friedland served as Co-Director of monthly small business training workshops, followed by an upscale food and beverage catered networking event. All held at a country club type of place with gorgeous views. Group doubled in size from 125 to 250 members on the e-mail list. For each event, about 30 to 200 marketers attended.
