#A) To establish a brand new web site, where you provide all of the text and photos already in the computer using a CD or a flash drive, we will charge you $500 plus the cost of services from a company called Homestead.com, so please sign up with them in advance, plus please note that you will be asked to provide the exact same paragraph as with any other marketing service. We will finish up the project within one week and it will be under your name, using your credit card, and with you to maintain it.
#B) For interior design services, please note that we will be charging $100 per hour for the first hour, then $50 per hour after then for our team to go to your home or business with possibly our future pet. We will only go to a place where we feel comfy and have the right to decide exactly when and when that will be, as we need to put SAFETY FIRST. Typical projects of one room will be about $300 in our view, plus the offer to provide the furniture and decor at full market rate, whether we provide these items or not.
#C) Finally, we are offering for candidates running for political office, for attorneys wanting to market their services, or for any major company or government agency the increased rate due to the complex nature of this kind of work and the 15 or so items that often need to be addressed with each sentence, our market rate of $300 per hour, as assessed for everything by the current and/or former CEO of the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, U.S.A.
